We could spend hours talking about everything there is to enjoy in our province. If you fancy mountains, you can go to the Sierra Nevada, one of Spain\u2019s best skiing locations.<\/p>\n
There buses from the bus station every day. If you prefer the coast, there are many options less than one hour away. <\/span>Salobre\u00f1a, Almu\u00f1ecar, Motril, Calahonda, Castell de Ferro\u2026<\/span> You can also visit the villages of the Alpujarra, have lunch and spend the day there\u2026 Bubi\u00f3n, Capileira, Pampaneira, Trev\u00e9lez\u2026or even Lanjar\u00f3n, famous for its water. <\/span><\/p>\nWe simply can\u2019t choose between them. <\/span> On the other hand, if you want to discover the villages in our province, there is also a choice of locations: Guadix, a focal point for tourism due to its monuments, cave houses and historic buildings. It shares the tradition of the famous Cascamorras festival with Baza, which also boasts many heritage sites. <\/span><\/p>\nFinally, if you have time, don\u2019t miss out on visiting Alfacar. <\/span> Lastly, if you want to find out more about the life of our most internationally-renowned poet, the Garc\u00eda Lorca Centre is located very close to our apartments, but if you want to see the villages where he was born and spent his childhood you must visit Fuente Vaqueros and Valderrubio.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n

Don\u2019t leave the old Jewish quarter without visiting the Synagogue.<\/span><\/p>\nCrossing the Guadalquivir river you\u2019ll find the Roman Bridge<\/a>, and the Calahorra Tower.<\/span> If you have time, go and see Medina Azahara<\/a>, declared a World Heritage Site in 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
